Including but not limited to details on use, legal responsibility, and our Privacy Policy, etc. Continued use of the Service after any updates to this document will automatically constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you are dissatisfied with the Service or any associated content, your sole remedy is to discontinue use. Your acceptance of these Terms is effective upon your first use of the Service.

Eligibility - By using the Service, you confirm that you:(a) Are at least 18 years old (or older, depending on the applicable law in your jurisdiction); and (b) Have no restrictions and possess full legal authority to perform any actions related to the Service.

Entire Agreement and Modifications the Terms – We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the relevant page of the Service or its website. Definitions

“Service”: The Verifia platform provided by the Company, allowing Users to verify data points such as IP addresses, emails, profiles, and websites using Public Data sources.

“User” and/or "You": Any individual, entity, or organization accessing or using the Service.

“Query Credits”: Pre-purchased credits for standalone use of the Service.

“API Key”: A unique identifier provided to Users for API-based queries.

“Public Data”: Public Data refers to information that is derived from publicly accessible databases, directories, or other open sources of information that are lawfully available to the general public. Public Data may also include data obtained from third-party data providers who aggregate, curate, or distribute such publicly available information. Such third-party data may include information that is accessible only to authorized or paid users under specific licensing, usage, or cooperation agreements with the respective third-party providers. The Company does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Public Data and relies on its availability and quality as provided by the respective sources.

“Third-Party Payment Processor”: External payment platforms, such as PayPal, Stripe, or similar, used for processing payments.

“Force Majeure Event”: Events beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, security situations, Military actions and/or operations, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or governmental actions, etc.

Scope of Data Verification: The Service provides insights based on accessible Public Data sources. The Company does not access or analyze non-public or confidential information, and results are limited to the data available at the time of the query.

Using the Service

The images, drawings, and files displayed on the Service are for general illustration purposes only and are not intended to provide accurate or complete information.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict or block access to the Services or its functions for any user or visitor who violates these Terms or misuses the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that such changes may cause temporary malfunctions, and you waive any claims or legal actions against the Service, the Company, or its representatives, and anyone acting in their behalf for such changes and/or malfunctions, etc.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, display, distribute, or use Service content for commercial purposes or in any form of media, including other websites, applications, or publications, without prior written permission from the Company's authorized representative.

API-Specific Prohibited Conduct: The use of Service APIs and data is subject to the following restrictions. You, including your affiliates, contractors, employees, or agents, are prohibited from:

Interfering with, abusing, or disrupting the Service APIs, servers, or networks that support the APIs.

Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree not to make any disparaging remarks about the other party, including their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, or agents, in any manner that could harm their business, professional, or personal reputation. This provision does not prohibit either party from providing truthful and complete responses to questions, inquiries, or requests for information when required by legal process.

Accounts / Payments Security
Your access to the Service is facilitated through Gmail account verification, and the Company does not retain, store, or have access to your login credentials or password. The Company does not and will not have the ability to reset your account credentials, recover access, or intervene in any login-related issues. The Company solely retains a non-identifiable numerical serial number generated by Google to identify your account within the Service.
You are fully and solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Gmail account and ensuring that no unauthorized parties gain access. Any actions, omissions, or statements made through the use of your account are your sole responsibility. Our team will never request your login credentials under any circumstances. For added security, you are encouraged to utilize any available security features, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), provided by Google
Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if such actions occur.
To safeguard your data, The Company implements comprehensive administrative, physical, and technical measures, including incident response policies and procedures. Our infrastructure is designed for high availability and is tailored to the nature and complexity of the services we provide. These measures aim to:

Payment, Billing, and Refunds

Non-Refundable Purchases: Query Credits and other purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical failures caused directly by the Company that prevent the use of the Service.

Third-Party Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party providers. Users must comply with the terms and conditions of these providers.

Credit Expiry: Query Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The User agrees that all payments to the Company must be made exclusively from the User’s own bank account or a respective payment method (e.g., credit card, online payment service) that is registered in the User’s name and corresponds to the details provided for invoicing and receipts. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement and for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the provided payment information. The Company shall not be required to verify the correctness of the provided payment details, and the User bears full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of incorrect, unauthorized, or non-compliant payment methods. The Company shall not be liable for any issues, delays, or additional charges resulting from the User’s failure to comply with this obligation

Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use or unauthorized use of the Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may also result in the termination of your account and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may deactivate or delete your account, including all related information and files, and restrict any further access to the Service or its content. We are not liable for any claims or damages arising from such termination, suspension, or related actions. If your account is terminated by us, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of paid services, but Query Credits will not be refunded.
You may terminate your use of the Service by ceasing API requests or Query Credit usage and providing written notice to us. Following termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Both parties acknowledge and agree to fulfill any post-termination obligations as outlined in these Terms.

Miscellaneous
Without derogating from any of the provisions above, the following additional clauses shall apply:

The Company and you mutually agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms expressly prohibit you from initiating legal proceedings on behalf of others or participating in any arbitration proceedings initiated by another individual.

The Company's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be interpreted or deemed as a waiver of that provision or its right to enforce it at a later date.

Survival Clauses: Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination or expiration shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to provisions related to intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If the User is a company or other legal entity (and not a natural person), the User's authorized representative(s) who access or use the Service, or agree to these Terms, hereby declare and warrant that they have the full legal capacity and authority to access and use the Service, to bind the User's entity to these Terms, and to undertake all commitments and obligations on its behalf. The Company shall have no obligation to verify such authority and shall rely on the actions and representations of the User's representative(s) as duly authorized.

In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorney fees. Any claim or cause of action you bring against us or our affiliates must be initiated within one year from the date the cause of action arises; otherwise, it will be permanently waived and barred.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party, and any attempt to do so will be deemed invalid. However, we may freely transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

We shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivering the Services and/or any other products or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, war, fire, accidents, pandemics, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, governmental actions or regulations, or similar events outside our control.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision or exercise any right under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or right.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive application of the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its principles of conflict laws, to govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising between you and the Company, its related parties, business partners, or associates shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel.
